At Legacy of Grace Ministry, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Apparel Returns

We accept returns for apparel items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Devotional Products

Due to the nature of printed devotional materials, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If needed, please return the item and place a new order.
